Partnership Expands Customer Base and Product Offering

for Both Companies

Atlanta-based Beacon Software, Inc.(TM), a national developer of in-house Internet banking applications for community financial institutions, announced its strategic partnership agreement with Tampa, Fla.-based DataComm Networks, Inc. DataComm, a systems integrator and secure network infrastructure provider, will offer Beacon's Compass Internet Banking Platform as an exclusive to its community financial institution customers. In addition, Beacon will market DataComm's managed network and security services along with their infrastructure services to its customer base.

The Compass Internet Banking Platform, designed for community banks and credit unions, enables financial institutions to create a business-critical Internet presence while securely managing customer information and relationships.
